Wine Tasting and Dinner; March 5th

I know I say this every month but I can’t believe that it’s the first Friday again! Spring is definitely in the air and I have a fabulous new planter outside bursting with the vibrance and color of Spring (thanks to my friend and employee Merle). So tomorrow night we will be serving 5 fun new finds from Cordon Selections.  Wes from Cordon will be here pouring and describing the flavors and components you will experience in our line-up of the Boomtown Pinot Gris, Boomtown Cabernet, Domaine la Bastide Syrah-Grenach blend, Domaine la Bastide Syrah and Basel Cellars Volume One Earth Series (it’s a blend of Merlot, Carmenere, Malbec and Petit Verdot).
Come to experience these great wines, and stay for dinner where we’ll have:
Chicken Parmesan over Capellini

Apertif: Italian chopped salad
Dessert: Blueberry and Strawberry Crumbles a la mode
(Substitutions are available for allergies or dietary reasons.  Please call ahead so we can be prepared)

Wine Tasting and Dinner; February 5th

Downtown Camas is kicking off February’s First Friday with the theme of Chocolate and Romance. At K’Syrah, we’ll be tasting some fabulous wines that I have dubbed as ”crazy values from around the world” and decadent complimentary truffles. Stop in to try these great wines, including Dancing Coyote Verdelho, Penescal Tempranillo, La Bastide Syrah-Grenache, Cardiff Cabernet and Ksana Malbec.

Come to discover some new wines & stay for dinner, where I’ll be whipping up:
