Osso Bucco Cooking Class, October 21st. 7 PM, $45 person

Whether you have mastered the technique of slow cooking or still haven’t taken the time to experiment – October’s cooking class will teach you the art of Osso Buco. Traditional Osso Buco is made from a veal shank. I’ve discovered however, that a pork shank works just as well, is much less expensive and still reveals the same rich and moist flavors that a traditional veal shank does. We’ll pair the Osso Buco with creamy polenta, traditional Caesar salad (made from scratch dressing) and (of course) some Italian wine!
